Scooped reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
Scooped have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.
Limitation of Liability
Scooped will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.
Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of Scooped, its employees or agents.
All intellectual property of Scooped such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Scooped.

Packaging and delivery
All orders are despatched in A4 jiffy bags unless you select the A3 hardback envelope option at checkout.
Each front page is gently folded in half.
The jiffy bags are padded to ensure each front page is protected during delivery.
Should you wish to have your front page packaged in an A3 hardback envelope please select the 'UK in A3 hardback envelope option' at checkout. This will ensure your front page remains flat.
All orders will be despatched second class within two working days of purchase.
Please allow a further three working days for UK deliveries.
Please note we do not print or despatch orders on bank holidays.
Please allow up to seven working days for delivery within Europe, including Ireland, and up to 14 days for the rest of the world.
